I removed a bike from my insurance policy with Ebike at the end of February & am still waiting for a return of premium cheque for £45.83, i have emailed them three or four times & have been given the excuse that they are having to do refunds manually due to some financial audit, now i may be being thick but i can't honestly see that it takes 3 months to write a cheque.
I emailed them again last night giving them a further seven days before i try to take matters further.
Has anyone else had any problems with Ebike like this, i have started to wonder if they are covering up for being in financial difficulty due to the recession.
