Out in the rain yesterday?
On my home from work along the A4, just turning to dusk. There were so many groups of bikers who had obviously been out for an after work ride out. So many of them on their nice shiny bikes in the pouring down rain. Nearly all of them without wet weather gear on. I chuckled a little. Am I mean? :lol:

Yep :p Just left work and the heavens opened :rolleyes: Proper downpour it was too, but luckily I was in my textiles and they're pretty waterproof except for my gloves which I had to wring out when I got home :smt036

Worse i got caught in it replacing the clutch plates, i couldn't stand the bike up to roll it to the garage because the oil would spill out.

We'll invite you next time then. I'm going to PM your lovely missus and she if she fancies a ride later, she said tuesdays and thrusdays are good! Not been n the bike for 3 whole days....going to go take the front fairings off to see if I can spot a hole anywhere in the downpipes.

It's because I needed the car with the towbar to go pick up my now working YZF :razz: To be fair she could have taken my car but opted for the Ninja. :)

:lol: No can do. Once I get it back, I need to get it insured, MOT'd and then taxed. To get it MOT'd I need a new front hoop.

Me, Lily, Ravingdavis, MickelFC, Robh, Specialone, Mickel's mate.....plus Ralph in the car (swine).
Was lovely on the way there and then within minutes of ariving, heavens opened up......we left immediately when it died down.....and then it chucked it down again!!!! :-( My nice clean bike now needs a clean again!!!!

Left work so late I missed it.

Looks like it rained here at pretty much the same time. Spent a couple of hours trudging through black soil to get back to the highway and home. The guys on the rig got to stay out there until a couple of Toyotas picked them up - no way in for a 16t truck.
Rain was supposed to have stopped about 2 months ago, but nope... at least twice a week and I'm riding in a bog.
