Maybe they could pipe BP's oil slick into it- give something back!

Seriously, though- they'll have to fill it somehow. The risk of further collapses around the edge of the hole could be severe.

What was done with the 2007 hole?

i thinnk they may have actually filled it in , praps TSM knows....:confused:

still backed up f miles round there of course, but theres been a few times when Surrey Quays way completely ground to a halt as well....and you are stuck down that (sink) hole ...:smt092
