I want to trade my handle bars for something a bit sportier or low down, I have renthal bars at the moment and there a bit to high for me, can't seem to find to much info on them, or if anyone has any advice on the matter please get in touch

Do a search for Renthal Superbike Flat Bars. They make a massive difference and look quite cool once fitted. You should be able to pick one up for about £25.

I have flat (drag bars) on my naked.
They make quite a difference to the riding position but other than that no change in handling.

Got mine from busters i believe for £20 in polished stainless steel.

Renthal make a lot of variations of bars from high raise to flat.

Honestly look into buying a flat bar before going down the clip on route. A lot cheaper at about £25 and if you dont like it just sell it on eBay.

Clip ons you are looking at £100+ to do it properly.

Start here (http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk/products/list/Bars-And-Footrests/Universal-bars) and browse. Plenty to look at and get your head round.
Also ghosd if you want some pics of flat bars i can dig some out.

Go here (http://www.bandcexpress.co.uk/handlebars/handlebar-dimensions.html), handlebar dimensions chart, this is the renthal UK supplier (you cant buy direct from renthal) so you go through B+C Express

how do i fit clip on style handle bars?

Look for a pair of 22mm Raask adjustable Jota style bars. They'll put the bars in roughly the same position as clip-ons but fit into the clamps on the top yoke where your Renthals do now.

M+P used to do them, but having looked on ebay just now the only ones I see are much more expensive than they used to be.

Last time I bought some 3 years back they were only about 60 quid

Try calling On2wheels who are M+P's trade division to see where you can source some:
