33 bhp ECU 2007 onwards

Hi, I have for sale 33 hp ECU from 2007 - onwards models...I bought it for SV before i bought bike, however finally i bought 2006 bike..i can sell it for 50 pounds including packing and delivery by post..or i can exchange it for previous model (I need for 2006 model)

I didn't realise they were any different. All pointy sv's have the same engine, don't they?

there is something restricting what ecu can go what year bike i think m8.

Maybe there was a change in 07 then?!?! I never checked when I bought one for my girlfriends bike and it works fine. Only thing I can think of might be pair sensors or different fuelling to pass stricter emissions tests, so shouldn't affect the bike in any big way?!

Anyone got any solid facts on this before the OP sells a useful part?

The K7-present bikes are twin-spark and have a lambda sensor, hence requiring a different ECU. The plugs are different to avoid fitting the incorrect part to your bike.

Why fank you, I am now enlightened, and indeed lucky I didn't waste money when I bought Kate's restricted ECU.
