Givi Monorack for SV650/SV1000

I bought this for my bike at the beginning of the summer with the intension of getting a topbox but never actually got one. It comes with all the fittings necessary to fit to SV K3 onwards. Has some light marks on the frame as shown in pics.

Is the givi plate removable?? its just that i have a Tech 7 Box with universal plate. I may be interested if it can be fitted to this rack.
also how does it attach?

Yes the plate removable and is held on by 4 bolts as seen in he picture 2. The bracket has an arm either side which the plate bolts on to.
