Neither of those 2 options are working, I dont think the hosts can support the demand.

Go onto the app store look for itv sport, its free and should let you watch the live game, i tried on my iPod touch but it wont let me cus it doesnt have gps so cannot determine my location

ive got it working through that link you posted up top, but...
it only shows 30seconds at a time and then pauses while it loads the next 30seconds I think thats cos Im watching it on 3g rather than wifi tho

Get justin.tv app and search for the match, will only work on 3g. Just tested it on the france match and its streaming about 25 seconds behind tv coverage
