Anyone else in the garden today?

Sweating, swearing and smoking - well the metal burning bin is smoking from the huuuuge amount of branches/weeds/ivy etc... which is all getting incinerated.

Re-laid the patio flags ontop of the pebbles (cheap & lazier than messing with concrete :razz:) chopped a shed load of branches from the tree's which were stealing all the sunshine, lawn mowed - just gotta weed the soil around the edges, aireate the grass, bang some lawn feed & water on it and then set the bbq going and before you know it...

Yes, Paul...me! It's a bl00dy big garden to mow here and is on a hill, some of which is very steep. Very nice having a driven petrol mower...got a 135cc Honda engine lol, but it's still taken me most of the day to about 1/3 of it. Back out there now, just stopped for a sarnie.

Also sent Dan out to get me some cutters as I need to do the edging and the strimmer is playing up. The bottom of the garden and the one side though are a different matter. Can't be mowed, can't be strimmed, needs doing by hand and it's going to be a nightmare!

Feels good though and I reckon I am burning some serious calories! :-)

Yep, painted my newly built brick hood type bbq, cut grass and most important, set my projector up in garden for the game tonight :D

Massive builders tub full of ice ready for drinks.

Also drove 50 mile round trip to pick up my sv tank after being repaired and painted.
