just had a hard morning laying flags at my mums.

so went to gym for swim and sauna jacuzzi etc.. ..

MAND HAD TOOK MY CAR.. so me in hers. realised my gym pass is on my keys ..

never mind had my wallet and my drive licence..

jobsworth woman wont let me in.. no memb card..

i said my licence has pic and address on cross reference and let me in manually ..

cant. !

What a joke.

That is pretty shocking... you pay for a service, which pays their wages and keeps them in business.

I would have kicked off frankly and asked for the manager.

If the manager didn't apologise hands on knee I would join another gym.

Profit margins are fairly tight at gyms and every member counts.

I have been a member at banatynes for a few years and they literally bend over backwards to help you out and make sure your having a good experience.

what gym you with...wont be going with them! That is a bit harsh. I am a member of virgin and they have been pretty great, they let me use the place for 3 weeks while i was waiting out the notice from my old gym. Jolly nice of them i fort

already had a few rows over standards and the pool and hydro pool never warm and dust everywhere. .. new manager now so things looking up and it all seems ok.. til today ..

they said when I threatened to leave before that I had paid up front for a year and no refunds..

They're not living up to their end of the bargain though Quiff if the place is a shít hole. Get the manager and make a fuss.

I know.. I done all that .. we didnt go for 6 weeks.. at £30 each a month cos of the uncleanliness and cold showers and pool .. I wrote to H/O and they looking at re imbursing me or adding on 2 months at the end.. it is a lot lot better now new manager it is actually good. and the hydro pool is red hot .. just this incident today peed me off .. I was livid and wudda ended up with police I reckon if I had stayed .. ha
