In Cheshire:
Suzuki SV650S in Pearl Canyon Yellow (Colour Code Y9F).
W reg, 2001 with only 12572 genuine miles.
Low mileage due to it not being ridden since Nov 2005!
I got the bike back on the road earlier this year and got it fully serviced and MOT'd. The fuel tank had rusted inside so I replaced it with another (second hand) which has a small dent on the right hand side (see tank picture) but is otherwise in great condition.
Pretty standard machine other than:
Uprated (progressive) fork springs to stiffen the front end (bought from JHS a few years ago)
Front fender extender
Braided hoses front and rear (they were on when I got the bike)
Rear brake light exchanged for clear unit + LED lights (original red lens included)
Scottoiler installed.
Also includes the original tool kit and manual, plus I have an A4 printed workshop manual in 2 binders.
Rear tyre (Bridgestone BT020) is still in good nick but I can't say how many miles its done. The front tyre needs replacing though (pretty much down to the wear markers).
The bike hasn't been ridden for a couple of months (no insurance and no tax at the minute) but I get it out the garage as often as possible to warm it up and ride it round in circles a couple of times!
Occasionally runs a little rough on tickover but a 50 mile run out should clear things up nicely.
Not taxed at the moment as I don't have insurance to get it.
Bike is kept in a dry garage at all times, never been raced, no rust or other damage.
Extras available:
Scorpion Paddock Stand
Two disk locks
Scottoiler spare sparts and oil
Oxford tank bag with waterproof cover
Blue Flame twin port race exhaust including link pipe, fittings etc (Original pipe is on bike via the link pipe so its pretty easy to swap these two).
Oxford battery trickle charger.
I'll also throw in any of the odds and sods I still have, e.g. chain lube, polish and anything else I can find and no longer need.
I would prefer not to sell all the extra bits and pieces separately but if they aren't wanted with the bike then that's what I'll do.
I'll be real sorry to see this bike go. Held onto it for ages with the intention of getting back on it permanently but its never going to happen. :( I have nowhere to keep it (it lives at my parents) and little or no time to ride it anyway.
Really hope someone can give it a good home.
Looking for £1100
Any questions, please ask.
Thanks for looking
