After a very slow and bikeless 8 months I'm almost back on two wheels, hurrah, I'm so bored of walking!

Thanks Tim. I did miss it. I have done a couple of track days hiring a bike (last was K10 GSXR600, the bottom end of this model isn't far off the 750). But not the same as owning one.

Like the avatar, I can see you're at home on the K6 ha ha. You got that corner speed up yet? ;)

Charming, and I was going to let you have a go too...;) :D

Why you have to wait until April, bonus time?

I must admit, it's lovely to ride, it will be worth the wait. :D

Really nice bike, congratulations.

There's one of those in my garage right now, but it's a bit worse for wear after hitting a tree.

Pity I didn't know Paul--My Jason just sold his track 636 for silly money as it was cluttering up the garage. He changed to the 600 because of the class regulations.

Cheers Chris

DT, Jason started 'proper' racing now? I know he looked after his 636 although the bike might have missed the speed in my hands! I'll be up for a ride out of 2 soon hopefully

I prefer the term 'matt metallic beige', or as a customer once genuinely enquired "when does it go back to get the topcoats sprayed?", he thought it was still in some special primer used only on bike bodywork :D

I actually really like that colour because it's different. Never quite liked the matt metallic blue they did though.

The bright orange rocked though :D

Really fancy one as a trackbike when I have a bit more cash...

Matt metallic beige sounds on the money but the dealer calls it silver! Can't see it myself. I think any aftermarket bits will have to be carbon to avoid confuson!

I wasn't sure about the colour at first, wanted green, not black or blue, but I also thought it looked a little different. Now it has the Lozzo seal of approval I now consider it unquestionably the best colour of a ZX6R :smt033 ha ha (sig amended)

Balky,He is doing the team endurance racing,[10 races,10 different tracks throughout the UK]next meeting is Oulton Park in a couple of weeks but as he hasn't ridden Oulton in over a year so he is going up on the Friday to do a track day before the race day on the Saturday, just to familiarise himself and get the new bike properly set up.

Haha, this may come as a bit of a shock as I co-manage a Kawasaki dealership, but I really don't like Lime Green and won't buy a Kawasaki green bike for myself

My OH just bought one and reckons its 'metallic raw titanium', personally i like to refer to it as brown!!

Saw a blue one at Grantham Honda last week that really stood out, really nice.
