Just spoken to GG about putting this up.
I am planning to book on to Kington Golf Course or Rosgoch Golf Course for 18 holes whilst everyone else is out riding. Wave everyone off and then go up to the course for around a 11/12 O'Clock tee off. Are there any golfers that aren't going on the rideout who fancy it?
Attendees so far...
1. Stupott
2. Bri

Bump
Tempting, could have a heavy one the night before and not worry about riding then.
No way of getting clubs down though. How much is the 18?
EDIT: Rosgoch is £15 and Kington is £20.

Kington a lot better looking course though so I will more than likely go up there.
Mate, if you have the opportunity to ride the bike, do that you numpty lol, I'd kill to be on the ride (Okay, maybe not kill).
But, if you want and can get the clubs down to mine I'll bung them in the car no trouble to take them.
If you do play, it proves to Underpants that golf is not an old mans sport ;)

After struggling with the distance up to the GM I don't fancy another 250+miles to get to the AR on the bike.
Mmmm, I could put my bats in. How many shots would you give an old fat cripple??

Bout the same for a young fat cripple (me :D)...
I'm certainly no Tiger Woods and a good laugh and a stroll would be nice for the day whilst everyone is out on their bikes. If I was to calculate my handicap off the rounds I've played, I think I'd be in the region of 15-20...

I guess that means we play off level?? (I'm off 5).
Laugh, hell yes! Beer in the bag, be rude not to. Nice walk, mmm walking 18 is difficult but a buggy would be nice. I'm not competitive anymore, just play for the craic.

Meh, whoever goes round in the least shots wins lol. Handicaps are too bloody annoying for me, I just enjoy the walking and a bit of attempted skill involved :) I will book it closer to the weekend Bri, like the week before or something. Leave any late-comers to say so.

I'd at least call and see how they stand for tee times in the hours you have in mind Stu. Mum and Dads club is fine two weeks out, but then weekend tee times are almost always all gone before the prior weekend.
You can always book yourselves in and then amend if others want to join you ;-)
