Hi all This time round Im new here but I was a member yrs ago when SV.org went to Brunters :)

Anyway my question is a goodie I had my 400 sv converted to a 700 with stage 3 dyno kit and a M4 full system The bike has been on loan for past few years and she's come back to me with a carbon arrow can on (still M4 pipework) It is horrendously loud setting car alarms off and no good using her at 6 in morning to get to work :( I need to ask where my M4 can went, I dont remember that being as offensive

So the question (after all my waffle) if the M4 can isnt available anymore what the best can I can buy to make her more "road legal"???? I know she's a tuned bike and god she goes but Iv matured a little and dont need the attention (police or nieghbours) as much

Cheers Emma

Greetings, I had the very same problem some years ago (M4 system, can needed replacement), I solved it by getting renegade to make up a link collar for one of their own can's, but I think you'd have problems following that route as I believe they are no longer operating, However I did look into fitting a Remus Grand Prix can which was a good deal quieter.

Did the Remus need the link collar???? Or did you not go that far?? Emma

Someone like beowulf can make a suitable can.

Or try repack the one which is on it, that's sure to help at least. ~(beowulf sell stuffing too, don't use the chopped strand matt stuff as it's sh*te!)

Remus do the Grand prix in several collar sizes or at least they used to, one being (and I can't remeber the size), just about right for the M4 pipework.

I think it is 60mm for full M4 but I would advise you check

Can't you fit a DB killer? I did that with a my Ti sebring can.
