1) Why use a scooter for commuting, just buy a [whispers it] top box and then enjoy the SV at the weekend

2) I love the way that all damage to the bike is blamed on the wife!

lol! there are more reasons than one for getting a scooter(i NEED my licence for a start- sv makes me do naughty things!!!:cool:) but mostly cost. insurance, servicing, tyres, consumables etc. it all ads up. and it all adds up less with a scooter haha!!!

BUT, you've just put on a new chain / sprkt, tyres pads, it will just have had a service as well, so other than servicing you should have no outlay for almost 2 years if you maintain your mileage rate...
just a thought.
