Just made myself some chicken kievs

Properly.

Take a lump of butter and a bulb of garlic. skin/crush and add to the butter, damm good twist of the peper mill over it and add the secret ingredient a finely chopped little green chilli.

Take 4 chicken fillets. proper ones off a couple of birds and not from the factory farmed super market full of water and anti biotics.

slice into them from one end to form a pocket and cram with the butter/garlic and chilli from above. fasten the hole up with a cocktail stick.


take the yolk out of an egg and beat it up (even if it hasn't done anything wrong), and throw a couple of slices of old bread in the food processor and turn into crumbs.

dip the chicken fillets in the egg yolk. (Now girls you haven't shoved them in your bra by mistake already have you) and roll about in the bread crumbs.

dump them on a oven tray and bake for about 15-20 mins at 180. serve with new spuds and asparagus.

If you want wrap the asparagus in parma ham and shove in the oven on another tray for the last 5 mins of the chicken cooking.

Lovely and I think I might get sexy reward for feeding wife properly
