Does anyone know if you can get a replica leather suit similar to the yellow one Uma Thurman wears in Kill Bill?

Any help would be much appreciated. Its not for me by the way.......honest :)

Does it actually come with any protection other than being leather? Probably just me not looking properly, but i couldn't see it mentioned!
