Ey up,had a bit of incident on monday night, was out on my mountain bike when some chavs overtook me in there car and threw a bottle at me, just missed thank god and was wondering if I can legally get the address of the driver ? btw no point contacting the local police, theyve got too much on there hands in Warrington to be worrying about me. Btw not going to do anything illegal or stupid, although I do feel like paying a visit....
btw, not been on for a while, hope all are well :D

No, not legally you can't. I would make a formal complaint of attempted assult by the owner of the vehicle.

You could get a log book copy from the DVLA for £2.50.

I would definitly pursue a Attempted Assult charge.

Yeah Ive heard that as well, apparently you can contact DVLA and they will give you the details if you have a valid reason but they've clamped down, forgive the pun, over concerns about peeps seeking retribution etc, which Im not incidentally
