did anyone here vote for him? If I was at work and too drunk to function, I'd be instantly dismissed, no questions asked.

MP in "actually a fallible human" shocker...

Funny it's Hazel Blears passing comment on the beeb article

One too many glasses of wine vs. £13,000+ of tax avoidance and claiming expenses within a quid of the maximum allowed every month

Reckless gets my vote...

Please...

Most of Britain is full of drunks! How many people do you know who cant go without a drink for a week, let alone a couple of days...?

I can quite easily. I go months without touching a drop of alcohol.

But yeah, the guy was silly. I'm sure he will learn from it!

I don't need to be pregnant not to have a drink. More of a non drinker than a drinker TBH.

Ahhh well, maybe a drunk MP is better than a sober one, might even make some decisions of sense!?

It's alright, Hazel Blears expects him to 'probably' learn his lesson.

He must be a Tory going by the forgiving nature of the comments on here.
He was w&nkered while at work. What is there in that which enables him to keep his job?Oh I forgot he is a Tory. How stupid of me.
