Leathers

I seriously need some new leathers. But can't find any I like. They mostly seem to be the sporty type with huge material sections, which I don't like because they're too cold in anything but blazing sun.

I've got a wiese jacket just now which I've had since I started riding and it's ideal. No material vents. Removable lining for summer. Big pockets inside and out for touring. It's held up well but it's a bit past it now.

I've looked in murrys (dundee), cupar motorcycles, and looked on the websites for hein gerickle and forth gear but can't see much.

Is there any other big clothing shops I could try?

j&s dont do alterations (i have asked) but scott leathers do. j&s do have a HUGE range in stock though prices are not to bad either.

scott's are only down in bernard castle so its a days run to get a fitting/try on.

Scott Leathers are brilliant.. my cousin used them for a while and god knows did he test em out... then sent them down the road got em fixed and tested them out again!!!

i had an old link to the pricing but i lost it. i recall though that it was about +38% of ticket price for MTM. which is still blooooody cheep compared to alpencrap etc.etc.

supose you could give them a dog and bone to find out.
