need a bit of help im looking for a smaller compacted size battery for sv650 2006 any ideas

Not for road use there's not

Should be. You can change where the battery is placed and the size/type.

I've run a smaller one for a few years and had no probs with scrutineering. I'll try and note down the model no. tonight

Yeah its legal, Steve Jordan does a good range in light racing batteries.
Great weight saving but they arent cheap.
yeah i checked up to see whether its legal but i dont know what is the right one

They aint cheap but saves around 3kg over stock
the size of the batteries look great but the price is wrong, the battery box is length 220mm height 130mm width 90mm, i have found one that is smaller than those measurements its a 12volt battery but 4 amps, the battery is YTX5L-B, someone is running his hawk on it and says that it might run a sv650, any body got any ideas.
