Does anyone remember a drama series on channel 4, must be like 5 years ago it was on, about a homeless guy and girl and they were working in a forrest or something. Em...... that's about all I can remember about it. It might have involved a murder but I'm not sure. I think they were sort of hippys or something.

Ok, very little to go on, but does anyone have the slightest clue what I'm on about? :rolleyes:

i'll be honest im struggling....

an entire series? or a one off type thing? how many episodes are you thinking? i can recall something about something and a couple ended up in Brighton Pier and there were ventiloquists dummys all over the place, very surreal... but thats all im getting at the moment....

Yeh it was a series or a 4 parter or something. It was a 20something homeless guy and girl, working or living in a forest.

There was a drama about a man who killed a policeman in his younger days and to escape, he lived rough to avoid detection.
He then met up with new age travellers who always attracted attention from police.

I seem to remember a shootout at end.

I had read the book but cannot remember name.

maybe this is it.

hmm not sure about that. The bit about attracting police does sound familiar. How old was he roughly? This guy was quite young I think

hmm not sure about that. The bit about attracting police does sound familiar. How old was he roughly? This guy was quite young I think

i remember watching that it was good program but it was on ITV

no idea i cant remember was ages ago, this guy shot a copper back in teh 60's and then went on the run he was living with the circus in the late 70's or something with a bushy beard and some woman fell in love with him as they started to work out who he was and the police were hunting him down hence the living in the woods for a bit ect untill he got shot at the end

No idea about that. Don't remember it in that much detail

However, I noticed his (your) posts 19,712
as a rough guide, that is 10 every day for over 5 years.
