Wife tows the caravan, you ride the bike! That's the only way I'd have it anyway, I don't have the patience or the will to pull one of them things along behind me.
parking a caravan in your front garden can be risky, your neighbours will roll a boulder onto your drive way to keep out any more undesirables, just hope they see the light before the picket lines stop the mail getting through

It's not mandatory to travel at 40mph all the time, some do go faster, ;) Edit, looks good ED, for a van lol

If I'm driving all the way to the Lake District, Cornwall, Scotland, or the Yorkshire Dales, I want to be doing double that speed.
I'm gonna hog lane 2:cool::smt046
Do you want to buy some lucky heather, or pegs?

Id quite like a caravan, but cant stand towing, a motorhome would suit me more i think.
Can't you just wheel the bike into it, strap it to the port-a-loo and away you go for the weekend??

I saw someone at a trackday that had semi-converted an old caravan into a bike trailer. Cut an opening in the back wall and chequerplated the floor :cool:

its not going to the alps no matter what you say
A caravan? WTF were you thinking? Please tell me that Mrs Ed bought it without your knowledge ;-)
Does it have an awning?
its not going to the alps no matter what you say
It wouldn't go round the hairpins:lol:
All you need to do now is to fit a tow bar to the caravan, buy a bike trailer and hitch them together, buy a 4 wheel drive and away to go.:D
