Has anyone ever used Sky email?

I'm trying to close an extra email account that is registered to my sky account - I've got rid of the additional user, but the email account is still active.

Any ideas?

Yeah - I've emailed them, dont have time to call them today but thats the next step.

Their security sucks, I strongly suspect the ex has hacked the main (MY!!) account again.

Not impressed.

Ask them how you can change your security preferences and explain your problem.
