Yep folks, just spoke to the hotel and the repairs to the roof are not yet complete so it is unlikely that the pool will be open in time for the weekend.
To always take a positive....at least you've got room for more beer money in place of your simmers now ;-)

well we've packed the kitchen sink so why not a few bathroom necessities! lol. We are poshing it this AR MYC, in the hotel!

Can't say I was all that fussed at the prospect of a swimming pool anyway lol, I go to these rideouts to put the calories on with beer, not sweat 'em off with a load of exercise! ;)

Im just concerned that for a lot of blokes, this would have been their only form of showering/bathing for the weekend!! Prob best it's closed!!!

Got jus one word for the hotel... It begins with C and ends in unts! Was looking forward to naked pool followed by forcefull ejection from said pool. Oh well, guess I'll have to settle for streaking now!:D

We're bringing everything we can possibly fit in our van!
Even the TVSF have a Jaccuzzi at their camp site -FACT-

Unfortunately yes
It's the biggest family gathering of the year on Friday night for Cowes Week fireworks night
Huge BBQ + drinks, and I'm the BBQ master
I'll be riding up on Saturday instead, so will get to say hi to everyone on Saturday evening and Sunday
If anyone wants to take the KTM for a spin feel free to ask, can't imagine it'll be much of a test ride round the field but hey, I'l take photos when people fall off...#-o:D

I see what you did there.
I'm currently running a bold Avon Storm on the rear of the 'Bird. When I took it off roading last week it did move around a little more than I expected, but that could have had something to do with the bold front tyre with the bizarre profile...
