hi i am new to this forum, i was filling up my sv650 the other week in lewes tesco when a friendly fellow sv rider told me about this place, so thanks.

just wanted some advice on getting a few things sorted, i want to street fighter it a little, was wondering where the best place to get a tail tidy, stubby can, jack up kit, renthal bars and grips, bar end mirrors (is it just me that cant see much in the rectangle ones?)
in the long run i would like to put some upsidedown forks in does anyone know of any that will fit the existing yokes?
oh and its a K4. want to know anything just ask me, will be good to get to know people on here.

Hi Ollie,

i have a k3 and in the process of streetfightering mine, pretty much want to do what you want, all ive done so far is dominator headlights, stubby can, tail tidy and bar end mirrors ( i had the same trouble as you, couldnt see past my shoulders. ) All my bits apart from the exhaust i got from my local dealer, the prices were not too far off the web prices plus they are there in front of you :D, My exhaust i ordered from Delkevic, I recommend them, they give brilliant customer service and are fairly cheap. And the BIG point is they sound rather naughty too :P I cant really help you on the fork side of things as i went to do this myself after i bent mine but i do have some links.

hope this helps.
Ben.

Welcome to the site.

There are no upside down forks which will fit into your yokes. However the steering stem from many GSXRs is a direct fit into the SV headstock. So you can fit GSXR yokes easily.

hello ben was good to see you on here. its still as you saw it but that could all change soon, oil cooler cover and end can coming from the lovely voice at beowulf.
another question instead of completly replacing the forks for upside downs (need to save for that) does anyone know of any better fork internals that i could fit?
if i fit a new end can i know i dont need to get it re mapped however if i want to add a k+n air filter would i need it rejetting and re mapping?
