Sorry for the late post but I was just wondering who is going to be in the Dorms.
As the weather is looking iffy I am pondering the thought of using the dorms instead of the tent.
So, who is in the dorms ?

When I rang this morning they said that there were only a couple booked in and that they had loads left. Seems like a last minute stay dry alternative.
Still not sure what to do though as I do like the tenting thingy.

£19:00 --- breakfast, dry, toilets, showers and no need to carry loads of gear on the bike,no putting up-taking down tents and repacking bike less the cost of camping pitch?????????????I ask myself

Well, that's me just booked into a dorm.
As you said, loads of benefits. And, the £5 for the disco is included too.

Is that £19 per night or for 2 nights?

Me thinking about this too, I'll get a better nights sleep than under the canvas.

Just booked myself in for the dorms. Now the pile of camping gear on my kitchen floor can go back from whence it came :-)

I lost the garage key - tent in garage - so was going to beg some tent space but then bumped into Dyzio and Mark (both great blokes BTW) who suggested the dorms, went and had a look - really comfortable. I just realised that I left without paying#-o#-oso I'd best make a call tomorrow:rolleyes: Nobody snoring;)

I found that drinking more apple juice helped, I didn't hear anyone once I'd got my head down

Don't know, perhaps we need a snore off comp :p

My mate Paul snores loudly too according to Kellyjo;)

(he was in the next tent, before you say anything :p)

Ha Ha Ha, that's saying something :p

Perhaps at the next AR we can have a special snorers corner, soundproofed to spare us ;)

Thank goodness for ear plugs

When I got back on Friday night/Saturday morning I had a chuckle to myself because at least Dicky Ticker had warned us about the snoring. I got back to the room and it sounded like everybody was in full swing.
Didn't hear it for long though as the apple juice helped immensly.
Can't say that the snoring bothered me the following night either.......
