Matt,

I need a replacement yoke sticker for the comfort kit I bought from you for my bike as I damaged mine tightening the middle yoke bolt. I have sent 5 emails to 998cc, and 5 PM's but not had a reply to any. However I notice you frequent the forum so hopefully you can answer how I get a replacement,

Cheers,
Dan

I'm waiting for a comfort kit from Matt and also not getting a response to my enquiries. I understand that his father-in-law passed away a couple of weeks ago so obviously I'm sure we'd all extend our sympathies and wish him and his family well at a very difficult time.

I'm just very keen to get the kit and a little worried by the odd comment I've seen on the forum from people waiting quite a while for theirs to arrive.

Please keep up the communication Matt - it's in everyone's interest.

Birdy.

I've spoken to him yesterday on his mobile and placed my order. He said I should expect my kit by mid next week so I guess it takes about 10 days to organise the lot.

Try a PM. He responded to mine quite quickly. I hope not only because I was a new customer :D

I think Matt's having a few personal issues in his home life at the moment, I dont know if he has resolved it or not, maybe not. Might be worth cutting him a little slack at the moment...

If this the case, then you wouldn't believe how much time is taken up with domestic issues, trying to arrange stuff, legal stuff etc.

My FIL passed away at the end of July, my wife had gone through 10 weeks of working her socks off, tooing & frowing to the hospital with her mum. It only finished yesterday, although there is still plenty of legal stuff to sort out.

So give Matt some slack, as all his time will be taken up, I know, I spent all my time trying to keep on top of things that needed doing, work was secondary at the time
