Lowered seat

Not sure what model this is from.
I was sold it as a K4 but it doesnt fit my K5 so I expect it isnt.

It is about an inch lower than the standars seat.

Any idea if it'll fit a K3 (ie: 650S 2003)? If so I'd be interested.

Like I say, I was sold it as a K4 seat but it clearly isn't.
Mighty Boosh put a similar seat on asking what year it was and the general answer was it is a K3.

I've attached an image which shows the length and height of my seat (because I don't actually know for sure if it's a standard seat or not). Please would you measure yours and let me know what length it is and heights at A (front), B (back) and C (dead centre)? BTW I used a level to measure against to get the height at C.

These are approx measurements as Im not sure exactly where you have measured from on the seat.
And I dont have a level to measure the centre but I have done it as well as I could :)

A = 147mm

B = 75mm

C = 80mm

Almost certainly a K3 due to the different subframe and hence seat height for this year. Things were lowered a little from K4 onwards.

BTW numpty here put the wrong seat height for the back (B) on my diag - it should be 87mm not 147mm!
