Long story short.

Needed a copy of MS Office Business very quickly, and PC World is close by.

The new store is huge, with loads of staff who all want to help. Two Sales Assistants keyed in my purchase, and I my pin number without looking at what I was being charged.

Just got it out of the bag to find I've been charged .............£14.99 for MS Office Business.

Now that is only about £170 less than listed. RESULT! :D
