im looking for a termostate for a sv that opens around 75.degrees is there such a thing ..thanks

I have not heard of one. Why do you think you need one? You can remove the thermostat entirely to flow more coolant but 99% of time it doesn't need it.

You want the bike to run below its designed temperature?

Are you trying to make the bike run cooler? It's a common misconception that a different thermostat will do this, but it won't - the thermostat controls the lower temperature at which the bike will run, not the upper. Under the temperature at which the thermostat opens, the cooling system is effectively not functioning.
The upper temperature is dictated by the system's capacity to radiate heat to outside air.
