Now, I don't know a huge amount about SV650s but I do know that I'm getting one delivered next week.

The bike in question isn't this exact one (as the advert has been removed now that i've bought it) but its pretty much identical to this one.

So, does anybody have a restrictor kit for this. Not going to be fitting it myself but as far as I'm aware if I buy the kit and then take it to a garage to get it fitted then its all OK.

Thanks.

You can fit it yourself, theres no law saying you need a garage to fit it, and you dont need any type of paperwork.

I know that but I don't trust myself to do it. Its only 3 months since I got my first bike (a varadero 125) and I don't have the technical knowledge or the required tools to fit it myself.

Whereabouts are you based? I've got a set of washers which sit under the carbs (FI kit) if you're interested. If you're local I can fit them for you as well.

I live down in Bristol so too far away for you to fit them.

I do know a couple of people down here who have had bikes for around 20 years and know what they are doing who should be able to fit them for me.

Thanks for the offer though and I would happily take the kit off your hands.

If you let me know what you want for them and a paypal address then I can chuck you the money.
