Has anyone ever used this eBay user?

I ordered some Goodridge hoses and stainless fitments off him nearly a month ago and they still haven't arrived. I have contacted him about 5 times and had no response.

Since the date I bought these he has had loads of feedback praising his great customer service and prompt delivery but I haven't seen any of this!!

The obvious thing to do it open a dispute and get my money back, but I do still want the item as it was incredibly good value (if it arrived!).

Was just wondering if anyone here has had any dealings with this guy, either positive or negative?

You had better do the charge back as time is running out. By doing the charg back you will also get his attention and he will respond to you when it's going to cost him money.

Where abouts is he based? (just wondering about a change of ebay names) I had issues with a 'meltedsliders' who was into his gixxer bits think(!) his name was wez

You'll need to input the sellers user ID and the item number.


You only have 45 days from the date of payment to open a dispute.

Don't leave it too late, and no matter what the seller promises don't close the dispute until you have your goods.

Once closed you can't open a second dispute.

Update:

Carl, that phone number doesnt work, I tried it a few days after buying and it says "number not in use"....

But....I checked my paypal account today, and yesterday the money was refunded to me.

I did not open a dispute and still have had no communication. I even got positive feedback the day after paying the guy!

So, negative feedback has been left and I have my money back.

Very wierd schenario
