Tonight on my way home from work i had the miss fortune of seeing an accident involving a motorcyclist. there were two bikes riding in the opposite direction to me on a slight right hand bend they had just gone past me when i heard a big bang and as i looked in my mirror i saw the lead biker flying through the air.. I pulled up in a carpark down the road and run back up the road to the accident expecting the worst, to see if there was anything i could do to help, there wasn't but i got chatting to the 2nd biker and it seems that the car involved just decided to do a u turn without looking, and at 45-50 mph the rider didn't stand a chance of avoiding it.The 2nd rider was very lucky he stopped just as his front wheel touched the 1st riders smashed up bike in the middle of the road.
Although the 1st bike was a write off the rider seemed in good spirits, his helmet was off and he even made a phone call to someone while waiting for the ambulance.
Now for the stupidity bit: The traffic was stopped in both directions, the rider was still lay in the road, his bike was smashed to bits all over the road, and people everywhere trying to help, and then the next thing you know TWO KNOBS on motorcross bikes come up the road and decide to both pop a wheelie through the accident scene.
I FIND THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOR DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!

Me too, but, then again I have always been a loon.

Besides, motocross bikes are not "real" bikes so they got to feel "big" somehow, rofl

It is bad, and I know what you're saying - but to people who weren't there it is pretty funny.
But what this weird named welsh guy above said I also agree with :)

They're valueless chavs, they don't give a fook about anyone.

There is little they could do to help, so best thing they can do is get out of the way as quickly as possible. One wheel means they take up less room on the road whilst they pass the scene.

Reads to me like they are sensible and considerate.

Maybe as they'd seen everyone up and about they realised everything was ok.

I like black humour - good on them.
