I'm looking North East from Tranent (just east of Edinburgh) towards North Berwick into the mother of all armagedon clouds and about 4 miles away the fields are covered in white!

7th of September!

it was cold this morning. but i think the 'white' you are referring to is hale.

personally i'm hoping its going to be another bitterly cold and freezing winter.

Well whatever it was it was enough to cover half a dosen fields so they were winter white from 4 miles away! Thats a lot of hail if it is.

Sadly, I'm wallpapering till midnight (and then some) so no chance to play. I'm fitting the kitchen in the morning and this must be done by then :(

We had a hell of a hailstorm in Birmingham about 3ish with thunder. Stones like gravel.

In Weymouth yesterday and today, sunny all day and 20 degrees.
Very happy with the weather especially as it was supposed to be crap weather all week according to forecasts.
