Looking at getting a Caberg Konda lid (2010 replacement for the , good price and seems to have good reviews on the usual review sites.

Just wondered if anyone here had any experience (good or bad) with them?

Or has any good alternatives for a lid around £100-£150 with an internal sun visor? Doesn't need to be flip just liked to looks of the konda

As you know ive got a Caberg Trip which looks very much like the Konda, I think the trip is a really good lid, the one thing to watch out for is that the flip front do tend to be a tad heavier that full face although I dont really notice it.

I had a Caberg V2R for 3 weeks until the seals failed and I had to take it back (see http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=157159 for more info).

It was ok until it leaked, but if you can afford to spend more, I would. I have the Shoei Qwest and it is infinitely better than the Caberg - quieter, lighter, more comfortable, better interior, pinlock included, double d locking rather than mechanical. It was £260 rather than the £149 for the Caberg so it is dearer.

Hope that helps!

I suppose it all depends if Luke has received his student loan yet
