...normal service will be resumed as soon as possible. Once BT fixes the phone line that the builders snapped, that is:lol: - and they can't send an engineer for 2 weeks...:smt120 and admin (he works for BT) rides past my house to get to work, too:lol:

We moved into the gyppo box over the weekend, oh what a horrible job it was, we now have stuff between a storage facility, the house, and the caravan. It all got a bit rushed in the end so I have no idea now where anything is, and the storage stuff is basically where everything would fit with little regard to finding things... Usual flare-up with the bitch of a landlord, she is just mental. Called me 'a complete arris' twice. invited me to 'go on, f*cking hit me then', and a lot more **** besides... She really is a moron.

Anyways I can now only post from work which means no late night convos over bike thieves and other interesting stuff, no phone so no broadband see, so now I have to watch Hannah Montana on repeat video....:smt120 no escaping it in a box:smt120 So if you wonder where I've gone to, I'm sat with the Disney Channel under a pile of dust and rubble :p

could you be arrested/prosecuted for slapping the landlady across the face with a big link of meaty sausages?

Defence: foodfight?

The correct response to that is to use your most civil voice and ask, "Can I have that in writing and signed please? When the police arrive I'd like to show them I had your consent??"

I've got some roundup you could go round and spray her lawn with, just on the weeds of course, it might just drift in this wind and cover the whole lawn, you could also have left a few choice words uncut on her lawn with the lawn mower. :D

brake fluid also does a sterling job if you're thinking of doing this :) I tried a bit to kill a weed after a friend recommended it - the grass patch is only just growing back 5 months later!

Just so long as it doesn't go on too long Ed, otherwise you'll have this lot round to fix things up

Mind you would save you a packet and you'd have pretty good chance of qualifying if you've got to watch endless Hannah Montana videos. You have my heartfelt sympathy

No mate, that was the place we just left. New gaff is the wife's, as is the box. The landlord is a complete moron, she needs certifying.
