Mine appears to have given up the will to live :(
It is working intermitently (less and less often) and I took it off tonight to take a look at it and it's pretty much past it's useful life, with bits falling off etc.
Anyone able to help me? I have a few long trips coming up over the next few weeks and knowing how far I have travelled will be good with the lack of a fuel gauge......

I have one from a K6. The wire was cut but if it is the right one for you it could be soldered and then shrink wrap tubing put over it to waterproof it. That's what I did for my GSXR front end and didn't have a problem.

What model? They are different depending if you have a X>K4 or a K5>
P.S you sure you need full part not just rotor?

Mine s a 1999 curvy, not sure what 'K' model it is though....
The only part that is broken is the part that connects to the wheel.
Sorry if the description is poor

If it is 99 it is X model, 2000 was Y, 2001 was K1... geddit :)
you need the rotor, not full sensor, it is £15 or so from dealers, not too bad.
it's the tube looking bit with the cross on the end... the "lugs" forming the cross snapped off it right?

It isn't often that a mans words please me so much........yes, I think it is just the 'lugs', so hopefully I'll be able to get a new part this week.
Thanks for the info, it is very much appreciated.

The second hand one was delivered yesterday and the new rotor for my current one should be here on Monday, so I'll have a backup.
