Ive got sodding food poisoning ive been up since 5 this morning been sick and the worse thing bout this is, its my day off work so i cant even phone in sick
Yuk!
Drink lots of beer and have a fried egg buttie.

Well you can, phone in sick and you get your holiday back. I've had to do it in the past after being sick when I was meant to go away. Not sure if this works if you work a rota and this is your rostered day off though, pretty sure it is only for booked vacation days.

Drink plenty of water, even if you puke some of it back up. Dehydration makes you feel cr*p too.
Send out for some quilted bog paper - if it's food poisoning you'll probably be glad of it.
Don't stray too far from the bog.

Horrible stuff, food poisoning. Make you feel like a piping bag :-(
Water is a must, even better with a sachet of the rehydration salts dissolved in :thumbsup:

Feeling fine now. It's typical my day off i'm feel like s**t and when I'm at work I feel ok.

I had it once a few years ago in a B&B with no en suite. That was not fun at all.
