It'd be a good plan but most people would then choose to buy a tinted one rather than standard, I may jus smash the one I've got instead :)

Whats the std one look like? Is it effective?

It's effective at being standard. It's clear, and curves flush to the ose fairing's shape. Just google "2002 SV650S" and see.
