engine bolts for point engine [Archive] - SV650.org

Hi does anyone have or know where I could get 2 engine bolts for a pointy sv 650 /1000. I took the fairings off and lost the original ones that were in there.

They are the main ones that are taken out when the large fairing bracket goes in its place near the bottom of the radiator. Hope it makes a bit of sense. Thanks for reading :)

Having sold my SV I may be able to help you. I replaced all the main bolts with stainless jobbies and I think I may have the original ones lying around somewhere - if you can bear with me I'll see what I have.;)

HI Bengrrr, thanks for replying, my local bike shop have been trying to get them in. I was hoping they may have sorted something out quicker. If you have them at hand and its ok with sparky marky I may take them off you as I should be able to pick them up. The bike shop will let me know today again :(

I think its bolts 27 and 28

Ok no problem, I have an SK3 and I have a different number for the same image for 2003 year on alpha sports.

That doesn't mean to say though that I don't have them. Alpha Sports should give you the bolt size on the part code. Could you let me know which size i'll check my spares and let you know either way.

Thanks for you help guys.. the bike shop ordered two and 1 fits..they are going to get the shorter one and have put in a temp one.
