My rear brake is squeaking and im not to sure what it is, because the bike has only done 3000miles, even thou i have done bout 1000 of those on track but didnt really use the rear brake, i was thinking that when i changed the brake lever after having a off i might not of greased up something could this be why

Mine is the same. Just stick some grease on the BACK of the pads.
Or just don't use it.
Or buy ear plugs.

coat the back of the pads in a thick layer of copper grease. I tend to do mine every time i've got the bike on the stands for a few days

yeah take them out and give them a good clean, the copper grease as said
Is the squeek at the caliper or the lever?
Check your pads, mine used to squeek when the pads were needing changing.

Mine does the same, and my rear pads are low, so I'm going to fit new ones. If yours aren't low, you can take the pads out, give then a buff with sandpaper, and the disk, and put them back. they normally squeak when the surfaces get glazed from general braking.
