Dangerous sports take practice and you will F**k up and get hurt.

In my time I have ripped shoulder muscles pulling dynos while climbing and needed hospital treatment, crashed my mountain bike really hard and woken up in Hospital twice, cut my fingers open on sharp rock while gorge running and covered my wet suit in blood and also fallen out of a multistory car park (Charles Cross, Plymouth, second level) and riped my wrists open doing it! That was messy, I looked like a murder victim!

Despite getting hurt, often for weeks at a time, I loved every blood drenched second of it. Although the internal bleeding after the last MTB crash was a pain, I cannot begin to tell you how I felt when they examined me "internally"!

Now as I approach my forties, my knees ache, my shoulders are weak, I have ugly scars on my face and on my body, my hips are knackered and my hands are arthritic. Don't do dangerous sports kids, you wont be able to do your knitting when you are old! :D
