Just seen this on ebay, a lot cheaper than others I have seen, cheaper than an Abba stand and not much more than a decent set of paddock stands. what do you reckon? might give it a go.

Would help if I included the link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=310182306042&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

I think more for tractors than proper bikes. Not sure where you would balance prongs on an SV.

And to be fair its still £85. You can pick up an Abba stand between £85 - £105

Aye, prehaps I didnt think it through, Just been looking out the window wondering how I could lift the bike without it getting over friendly with the exhaust/oil filter etc. found an ex display abba stand for the same price so will probably just buy that instead.

well at 600Kgs they could certainly lift any bike - but not with a full fairing.
The price is very appealing, but not sure how much use it would be

I bought a brand new Abba stand with SV adapters from Abba for £94 incl P&P, that includes the 10% discount if you mention you're a member here. Ordered it Monday, arrived Tuesday morning, very happy :)

I did think about ebay for one but after including the price for SV adapters I figured for the extra amount I might as well get new...the adapters when bought separately are £18+P&P I think
