Nowt wrong with stomp grips bar the price.
Berlin has a great alternative that I can't fully remember, those clear rubber stick on protectors you get from b&Q etc. can't remember what they're for though.
Even cheaper on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/49-Kitchen-Cabinet-Door-Buffer-Pads-Bumper-Stops-8mm-/200506982398?pt=UK_DIY_Material_Nails_Fixing_MJ)
And some more for £1.99 and free postage! (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Kitchen-door-buffer-transparent-7x1-5mm-100-card-/400142095891?pt=UK_Home_Garden_Kitchen_KitchenFurn iture_EH)
There you go.

Thanks Berlin. Do you have a pic of it on the bike?
I don't. I've just sat and pulled all the little buggers off (took an age) because I'm respraying the tank. Just buy 6 sheets and cut to shape.

Is the adhesive they use suitable for going on the bike paint?
In what way?
If you mean do they stick then yes, they stick like "glue" :)
If you mean does it react with the paint then no, They just stick. Put either he whole sheet on or peel off just the little buttons and stick those on (not as resilient)

Eh? They are 30 quid. Hardly a bank breaker!
Alternatively, there is another brand called Tech Specs which is popular with the US 675 guys. I noticed that all the Superbike School bikes were also using them this weekend, where up until recently, they have used stomp grip.

Bit expensive for what they are, but so are a lot of things with bikes.

I'm just starting to cut my own and selling them over here. It started with a TechSpec "group buy" that generated close to 40 buyers but we were offered a lousy 10% off on the price and and 50% off the inflated shipping charge. It got me looking elsewhere.
I found a great material for making these, created patterns and sent out a few for evaluation. First review is here: http://forum.svrider.com/showthread.php?p=2268786#post2268786
I'm not sure what international shipping would run, but I'm willing to look into it and keep it as reasonable as possible. I don't have a fancy name or logo, but I do have a price that's about half of theirs.

They seem to be having problems with their server or something. I can't get on at all. Hopefully, the link is good and will work later.

I checked out shipping across the pond and it looks like it adds only $5 so total is $30USD shipped.
