I know a little is normal, but is this a bit too much? :shock:

More than I've ever seen, how does it run?
Been dropped recently? Pipes clear?

You overfilled the oil at some point?

If it runs alright and doesn't burn gallons of oil off I wouldn't think it's in need of any work to avoid demolishing something.

hmm it might have been overfilled slightly a while ago. Hopefully that's all it was

Mine was overfilled by a mechanic who will not be returned to, and I had exact same results, tons of oil in airbox. Cleaned it all out, filled with correct volume of oil and been fine since.

Same alleged 'mechanic' also only changed one of the spark plugs. Ho hum.

Hopefully yours will be fine once cleaned out.
