Do you ever take a picture, then you look at it on screen or printed out and think wow. OK my pics arent in the same league as some of them, but this one of Jake I took whilst we were on holiday, I cant stop looking at it. I love it. I had the camera on a reasonably high level of manual control and was fiddling around with exposure and aperture trying to understand what they will or wont do and how the settings effect my pictures and I've just seem to hae totally caught him, I love the way the light pics out his fur and how his brown eye stands out from his fur and the dark background

I've never had a decent camera or the know how to take a good shot, I love looking at the pics of peoples biking holidays in Alps, Pyrenees, etc but for me the pics in this are awesome

MM you have some cool pets :D the 2nd ferret looks a cheeky devil. I wanted a chincilla for years...then we got a jack russell. Chincillas were never mentioned again

Nah, Fizz knows me well by now, I'm always getting him to email me pictures of his puppies, good drawing material ;-)

Here's one very lucky shot of my female Honduran Red Point cichlid with fry, she's shaking up the sand to expose micro-organisms for the babies to eat

Some fantastic pics there and Fizz that is an excellent photo, you`ve captured everything so well. I really love the 2 pics of the ferrets as well, I`ve always wanted a pet ferret!
