Without the pillion peg bit?

I've tried looking around but all I can find is the stock one.

Having trouble with finding the right search term.

Just google sv exhaust hanger. There's a few of them

Harris is the best looking in my opinion

The jewish method is to chop off the pillion bit of the standard hanger then spray it up

I thought the R&G was cheaper, but alas: http://www.rg-racing.com/browseType/Exhaust_Hangers/Suzuki/SV650_FullFaired.aspx

I may need to turn to that faith, even if it's only for a couple hours...

Ps you can search sv650 exhaust bracket or sv650 exhaust hanger.

Bracket brings back more results.

What if said pillion seat had a top box bolted to it?

if rear seat is covered with topbox then you cant take any one on the back so you dot need rear footpegs, you might get away with the rear seat covered up with the plastic cover, but i would check to find out when you book a mot.you only need pegs to pass mot with a pillion seat, and as soon as it has passed you can take them of.
even if you are on L plates on a 50cc which means you cant take any one on the back even if they have a full licence you still nead rear pegs for a mot

So if u have a rear seat cowl then is it ok to have no footpegs? Just checking?

best to check when you book your mot,but i would say if it looks like its(semi)permanent fitting and you cant see the rear seat it will most probably do,but if you do have to fit pegs for a mot it doesnt matter what they look like or where they are fitted just as long as they will keep on long enough for mot

Well plan is either topbox or cowl, so either way, pegs stay off :D

After - nice

Cowl was 15 quid off ebay (2nd hand) and i got the hole filler pieces (fills in the holes left by the rear grab rail) of one of the guys on here for a tenner.

Btw get a good quality 2nd hand cowl or pay more and get a new one because some of the cowls on ebay for under 20 quid are just awfull qulity.

Looking nice :)

2nd hand seat cowls for the blue curvy are rarer than a rare thing...

I only mention it cos i got a brand new one for my prevoius blade and it was new for 17 quid and it didnt fit correctly and looked and felt like it was made from cardboard.

I should have realised from the price as the proper ones are like 60 quid.

Ive just had a look on fleabay and its slim pickings. Keep looking cos one will turn up. And u dont need to worry bout the colour as you can get a tin matched for a tenner and spray it up.

Ace. I ordered the wrong bloody hanger off the guy (High level one) and I'm just waiting for him to reply about swapping it for a normal one and also confirm the postage...
