OK--Done before with the trousers bit --in or outside your boots.
Newish textile suit with my gloves on the outside of the cuff----resulting in rain running down my arm into my gloves,okay silly me but trying to fit the glove inside the cuff is awkward and the rainwater goes up my sleeve
and making the lining of the textiles wet.

Solutions please

I'd have to go with gloves inside cuffs. With my textile jacket, there is an inner sleeve which the glove sits outside of, but the main rain cover goes over that and the glove. It has an elasticated cuff though, so its quite easy to do.

The best solution to your problem is probably going to be the most difficult though... put your gear on in the house or the garage, if you can start the bike with it all on.

Some sort of wind deflector on the bike to stop water going up your sleeve.

Overgloves. I had a pair of Rukka over gloves which solved this. Not pretty mind, but who cares, dry & warm hands

Cuffs inside sleves. I ride in all weathers throughout the year and never get water up my sleves. My cuffs are zipped so they open to put them on, the gloves go on and the cuffs pull over the top and zip up. The bulkyness of my winter gloves stops the water coming up the sleve.
Only ridden the other way round once, very cold wet hands as soon as you stop.

I bought Spada gloves a few weeks back. Warm, dry, waterproof and very comfy. But only inside the sleeves. I rode with them outside once and it took 5 days for them to dry out and they were reet stinking!

Buy a decent Jacket where the gloves go between an inner cuff and the outer cuff solving the problem completely :)

Cuffs outside sleeves unless it's raining then tucked inside.

Tight sleeve + fairly bulky glove usually gives a waterproof join for me.

I also use a pair of DL650 hand guards for the winter to deflect the majority anyway.

Thats what i do.
The Cuffs are very tight on my Textile jacket so i don't get that problem. Cheap Frank Thomas as well.
