Anyone on here done this?

If so, any good? Do you need to be in reasonable shape before trying or is it okay for the semi-cecile?

An explanation would be a good idea

Remember to take mustard and a copy of a Haynes manual for a 1971 VW Beetle. It might sound strange now but when you need it you'll thank me.

Jabba, I take it you mean a spin exercise class? If so then yes I do it with RPM, probably a different format to Trixter, but basically cycling to music on an exercise bike.

To answer your question about being suitable for the 'semi-cecille', I would say absolutely. You control the amount of work you put in by means of how much resistance you put on the bike, so only work as hard as you feel comfortable doing. I was pretty porky (actually classed as obese!) when I started and had not exercised for a few years, I found it hard but soon learned not to do any heroics with the resistance and was ok. I am MUCH fitter now and a lot of that is due to the spinning, seeing as doing spin has given me the confidence and fitness to get my bike out and do real cycling as well.

Now if Trixter Spin is something else I'm gonna look a complete knob... ;)
