I'm interested...
I personally have 2 bikes and no plans to get a car, possibly a van if I could afford it.

1 car - dull estate for everyday transport when not cycling to work.
3 bikes, 1 working fully (GSXR 750 K6), used for track days, Nurburgring and odd european jaunts.
1 dead SRAD about to be broken for spares
1 semi functioning Hond@ XR600, need to fix and sell.
I like to keep my biking for fun times, this means the odd commute, but for the daily grind the car is handier for me.
Just a bike at the mo. I used to have a car as well but I barely used it so got rid. Would want a van, but too expensive to insure.

2 cars, 2 bikes. Soon to be 1 car and 2 bikes...
Use them one a pretty equal split to be honest.
sv for playing on and focus for everything else

I started off in a car, although wanted bikes forever.
I have mine and the wifes car, can't really pick up my son from nursery on the bike. So practical cars have to stay.
1 bike for riding
1 bike in various bits that one day will go on e-bay.
I put occaisional use for the bike, but in reality, I try and ride it whenever I can/depends on picking him up and what's on at work really.

bikes are brilliant fun but are totally out 'Trumped' by cars. Little people r catered for as a child seat deosn't fit on the bike, lugguage, weather proof etc. I've used bike for going to work and back and apart from being able to get there and back quicker there is no other benefit. It takes ages to get ready especially in winter when its wet and freezing, in traffic you really have to be careful as most drivers before 6 o'clock are still asleep behind the wheel in auto pilot zombie mode. And at 1800 there all wannabe lewis hamiltons trying to get home for tea! Having a car this winter will be a total blessing. Yes riding 35 miles in the snow last year was fun and exciting but very dangerous and will be a lot safer and warmer when tackled this year in my Focus cage.
I'm now an offical weekend warrior

My days of riding a bike in all weathers have long since gone. I much prefer the comfort of the car when the weather is inclement and it is much more convenient if you are dressed to go somewhere,or have grandkids who want to come with you.
This is not to say I do not use my bike when it is convenient for me ,and a darn site cheaper, but it is basically for pleasure rather than a necessary mode of transport.
Taking into consideration I am retired I still manage about 5K a year on the bike and I will probably not buy another one after this one's gone so here's hoping it lasts for a few years yet.

I have the bike for everyday use as I don't even have a car license. The mrs has the car license and she drives our car and that's works just fine for us...for now...
Maybe this winter will change my mind...

Bikes for fun and commuting when it's not p***ing down.
Car for when the weather's crap or I need to carry more than will fit on the bike.
1 car, 1 4x4, 2 bikes.
Car, everyday usage.
4x4 for winter, car comes off the road as useless in the snow.
SV for sunny commutes and fun.
TS as an ornament...with the odd ride.

1 x SV
1 x Ducati 749S
1 x GSXR 750
1 x Ford Maverick 4 x 4
1 x Audi A6
Its a right PIA keeping a track of what needs taxing.
There was a time that I only had a bike, it was a PIA when doing food shopping as theres only so much you can carry. Also If I wanted to go anywhere with my mates, I had to beg a lift or meet them there and store my lid etc somewhere, it was do-able just needs more planning, if it was raining it wasnt much fun.
For somethings a car is just easier and more practical and I'd not be without one again now.
I have a car and a bike. Car is my main mode of transport, mainly because my daily commute is 369 miles lol.

3 bikes.
My good 'un,GSX1400K2 for "dry use only" and touring.
My hack, SV650SK3 for getting to work ...and taking the long way home.
And one for her. XV535DX Virago. Using this at the mo. Ran out of petrol for the first time in 10yr on friday in the middle of nowhere (the long way home ;) ) Who thought an electric reserve switch was a good idea!!!! Anyway thanks to all the bikes who gave the thumbs-up and a big F.U. to all the ignorers. Including a naked black SV. Boo!:smt019
I can get hold of a car to use when its deep snow (like this year....lasted 3 days and that was enough). A car just is not convineient for my commute, and certainly not in anyway fun and entertaining.

Named driver on my dads car, could use it for commuting but the bikes just a better commuting machine.....the cars really only used for going to tesco for rubbish to munch...

1 x Ford Focus Estate
1 x MG Midget
1 x SV 1000
1 x BMW R1200 GSA
1 x Bandit 600 (Mrs Vox)
Echoing what Fizz said it is a PIA trying to remember what's due when !!

3 bikes, no car
I do have a classic camper van too, but there is no way i'd drive that in the salt. 40 year old steel rusts even quicker than Suzuki cheezaminium bolts!
1 x sv650s
1 x vfr400 (awaiting the kiss of life)
1 x Volvo V40 T4 (mine)
1 x mk1 Golf Clipper cabrio (the missus)
1 x Impreza WRX (whoever wins the fight for the keys)
Use bike to commute to work, then car to go pick my kids up from school so use both modes pretty much every day.
